Paycheck | Additional Pay Process with CHF 0 Triggers IT Calculation

Some customers have reported that a new withholding tax calculation was triggered in case of employees subject to withholding tax with clean additional pay process of CHF 0. I.e., there was a recalculation and balancing with the same amount occurred. This situation caused no mathematical problems, but was disturbing, since payslips were generated for nothing.

This error was corrected.
