Payslip | Only two decimals are displayed in the rate

Starting from Business Central version 16 of April 2020, the decimal value of 0.008 was suddenly dis-played as 0.01 in the Rate field on the payslip. This is because Microsoft has formatted the property of the decimals in the latest version differently. Customers with older versions were not affected.
