Excel-Import-/Export | Excel Buffer Table with temporary records (no logging)

The Excel buffer table was previously used for reports with Excel export and import functionality. The table serves purely as an auxiliary table. First, this table is deleted completely with each import. This led to many entries in the change log for customers who turned on logging.

The table is now filled only temporarily. Thus, no data remains and the logging is no longer affected.
