ELM | Status messages remain ‘in plausibility check’

Since update 5055.000 of April 2020 we have been using the so called ‘Azure Functions’ for ELM files transfer. At first, ELM notification was transmitted correctly, but the message remained with the ‘in plausibility check’ status.
