Payroll Area | Credit Balance Inhibited In EasyRapport

Task #8314 | 5051.200 (concerns the customers using SwissSalary EasyRapport)

From now on, credit balance can be inhibited via Payroll Area -> tab EasyRapport Display. This means that a possible credit balance is no longer displayed for the employee in EasyRapport (similar to payslip).
