Security Filter | Tapboard hidden rows

Task #12163 | 5067.002 [1.5067001.2002.0]

In SwissSalary version 5067.000, changes were made to the security filters that caused errors for users with allocation group filter.

It was not possible to add hidden rows from the EasyRapport group in TapBoard. This bug has been fixed.
