With SwissSalary version 5067.000, changes were implemented to the Allocation Group filters. This affected synchronization with SwissSalary Direct. 

If a Allocation Group filter is set for a user, that user will only see employees from the corresponding Allocation Group. However, if employees outside these payroll areas make changes to a person’s information—such as their address—and these changes are ready to be synchronized, the system cannot find these employees because it lacks access. As a result, these employees are marked as deleted in the SwissSalary Direct portal.

When logging in, the user is then recognized as a new user in Direct and must re-register. The documents are also no longer visible.

With hotfix 5067.001, a clear separation of Allocation Group is possible, and users can no longer be deleted due to changes made by users in other Allocation Group.
