To give managers a better overview when distributing pay raises, the “Last Name,” “First Name,” and “Employee ID” fields are displayed and pinned.

All columns up to and including the “Last Name” field are pinned. If the “Last Name” column is moved far to the right using the “Customize” feature, usability may be affected.
