LMV 2026+ Weekly Review: Hours and Actual Travel Time Exceeding 50 Hours/Week

With the introduction of LMV 2026+, working hours and paid and unpaid travel time exceeding 50 hours per week must be paid at a 25% premium.

Two new fields have been added to the “Basic” tab in the payroll master data so that actual travel time can be included in this weekly review.

•Travel Time Supplement Salary Type: The salary type used to pay the 25% travel time supplement must be entered here.

•Travel Time Salary Type Filter: The salary type used to record the actual travel time per day (paid and unpaid travel time) must be entered here. Up to 3 salary types can be entered in this field.

When a new payroll run is created, the calculation is performed in the same way as the calculations from the workgroups.
