Employee card | TimeMachine Entries and Allocated Salary change

When Allocated Salary are changed, a TimeMachine entry is checked for availability; if so, an information message appears. 

For Excel import: Information message is displayed for each Employee No., but changes are still made. 

The values are not recalculated and must be re-entered for recalculation.
