KLE | SUA certificate

Task #12266 | 5063.000

Smaller companies that had few KLE cases to report (<1 case within 6 weeks) often had their SUA certificate expire. As soon as a new case was to be reported, it could not be transmitted because the SUA process had to be started anew (including regular mail). Under new Task queue, all open KLE cases are now synchronized at least once per week. If there is no open KLE case, a no-data synchronization with the insurance company is even carried out to prevent certificate expiration. The same happens also manually when a user clicks the ‘Submit open cases’ button in the KLE case list. The intention is to ensure no SUA certificate expiration in the future.
