Salary declaration | AHV spitting

Task #11919 | 5061.000

With Swissdec 5.0, an allocation is expected when the annual wage is reported to the AHV if the wage is negative. If there is a negative wage in the year of report, for example due to the processing of daily allowances over the years, the AHV must be informed which AHV wage must be credited for the current year and over which previous years the negative value is distributed.

The allocation to the previous years is carried out by processing using the document date. When daily allowances are processed over the years, a date of the corresponding year must be entered as the document date.

Allocation to previous years only takes place if there is a negative wage in the year of report. If a person resigned in the previous year, no splitting is carried out and the negative value is declared as not relating to the period.
