Payroll accounting region of Liechtenstein | ALVZ

With Release 5060.000, an adjustment was made to ensure that the ALVZ contribution is debited in the event of additional payments to people who resign in 2022. If the Liechtenstein payroll accounting region is selected in the payroll area, this calculation should not be carried out, since Liechtenstein already does not apply ALVZ in 2022.

QualityRelease 5060.002 will fix this, so that no ALVZ will be calculated for the Liechtenstein payroll accounting region.
