When the ZIP code field is changed via TimeMachine, a message appears that the tax location, tax location ZIP code and the tax canton will also be adjusted similar to the new ZIP code. In addition, withholding tax canton at the moment of entering a foreign ZIP code is based on the workplace entered in the personnel card. The settlement and the country code must also be added manually when entering a foreign ZIP code (via direct entry in the Personnel card or via TimeMachine).
