If an employee dies, a third party may be entitled to a subsequent wage payment.

The salary type has been delivered for some time with the initialization. If you cannot find it in the salary type master, you can set it up accordingly.

The employment relationship ends on the day of death, which is why it is recorded as the date of resignation.

Enter new bank details for the beneficiary and show all fields in the Beneficiary tab. Activate Continued Provision Of Salary.

Set a time limit on the previous bank details so that these new bank details are taken into account for subsequent wage payment.

Process the subsequent wage payment via the report using the appropriate salary type and the beneficiary’s bank details.

Now create the wage statement. The text specified by Swissdec is displayed for the deceased under section 15: Continued Provision Of Salary to last name, first name, address, ZIP code and settlement.

The value is shown under section 4, Capital contributions. This assignment is based on the salary type setup itself.
