When period start day 1 was used, target time was already reduced one month earlier according to the rules in the event of a workload reduction (entry via TimeMachine). As a result, too many overtime hours were calculated. The rule has now been adjusted so that the target time is now reduced in the month in which the workload reduction is effective also.
