Companies and data recipients use company codes to form “packages” that are transmitted independently of each other via ELM. Company codes can also be used to separate different personnel categories. The use of the field requires prior clarification with the FSO.

Therefore, there is a new field in the payroll Setup in which the company code can be entered as free text. As soon as this field has been filled in, the company code is also transmitted via XML file.

Based on this field’s relevance, it is hidden by default and can be added manually if required: Payroll Setup -> “Customize this page” or “Personalize”.
