ALV limit values calculation | Re-recruitment

With the implementation of the Swissdec 5.0 guidelines, an adjustment was made for the consideration of ALV / ALVZ limit values.

If a person is re-recruited by the company in the same year, the values from the previous employment are taken into account for the calculation of the limit values.

In any case, pro rata limits for the months of employment are taken into account only once. No limit values are taken into account for the months with no employment.
