Employee bank | ESR payment slip no longer supported

As of September 30, 2022, the Swiss banks no longer accept payments with ESR (payment slip with reference numbers). Make sure that there are no ESR payments for your employees in the banks. This has often been the case particularly with payments to debt enforcement offices.

Open any employee, click on the stored banks and clear the filter on the employee number. You can then see all of the banks stored for all employees. Then check whether there is an ESR payment stored for an employee, delete it and enter a new QR payment.
