ELM reporting | UVG insurer unknown

For Swissdec 5.0, it is mandatory to export the UVG (Swiss Federal Law on Accident Insurance) insurer. This can be done with the value Unknown if the value is not recorded.

If no UVG insurance is set in SwissSalary, the system can now also export to the "Unknown" XML node and also "NoneWithReason" XML node.

No action is required by the user here. It is simply that the technical specifications from the directives have been implemented.
