AHV annual statement | Compensation office change

We have enhanced the AHV wage statement. The “Compensation fund” field is now available on the request page. The selection is required if the AHV Compensation fund was changed at the end of the year and income from other periods (back payments after resignation) was processed in the current year (reporting year). Because in this case, income from other periods must be reported to the AHV Compensation fund with which you were affiliated at the time.

•By default, the AHV Compensation fund entered in the “AHV contract” field in the Payroll Setup is always suggested.

•The list of AHV Compensation fund appears by clicking the “Compensation fund” field. This list only contains the AHV Compensation fund for which payroll processing was carried out in the relevant reporting period.

Note: Before you select the Compensation fund, you must first enter the correct final date of the year.

•The name of the selected AHV Compensation fund is displayed in the “Designation” field.
