Absences submission | Percents by position change on personnel position via TimeMachine

Concerns only the NSP application (public administrations):

If the automatic ‘Absences submission’ is activated in the payroll setup, public holidays defined in the work calendar, for example, are automatically entered in a Report journal (system journal) and transmitted to EasyRapport. For this purpose, target hours are used as a number (e.g., at 100% percents by position = 8 hours / at 50% = 4 hours). Up until now, a change in percents by position via TimeMachine in the HR department was not taken into account. We have now been able to correct this. TimeMachine entries of percents by position are now taken into account. If an entry is made in TimeMachine for percents by position, relevant public holidays (from the TimeMachine entry start date) are updated accordingly in the Report journal (system journal).
