The two tests for the submission of wage data via ELM (ping and interoperability) have been adapted to the latest Swissdec version 5.0. Web API must be activated for this. You can add and activate this field as an Info tab in the Payroll Setup. You can switch from version 4.0 to 5.0 in the Swissdec settings.
