The “Employment relationship” field in the Employee Card, tab “Statistics” has been expanded to include options “Public administration” and “Loaned staff”.

Excerpt from the Swissdec guidelines on loaned staff:

The identification allows the leased personnel to be clearly identified. This information is only required for companies that provide personnel (temporary agencies). This way, the leased personnel is distinguished from the temporary agency’s own internal personnel. Reports on persons leased by temporary agencies must be submitted by these agencies and not by companies they work for (companies using services).

Excerpt from the Swissdec guidelines on public administration:

Identification, which allows clear identification of permanent personnel in public administrations. It is only required for public administrations (municipalities, cities, districts, cantons, federal government, ...) and churches. Permanent personnel is thus distinguished from the many clients (auditors, interpreters, etc.) that do not belong to permanent personnel.
