The “Delegate” field formerly was in the “KLE Setup” tab (Payroll Setup, Swissdec Setup). We have now moved this field to the “Swissdec Setup” tab, because this field is required in exceptional cases both for KLE reports and for ELM reports.

 

Excerpt from the Swissdec guidelines on substitution:

The Delegate is a third party commissioned by the company (e.g. trustee, broker, etc.) who submits incident reports on behalf of the company via a Swissdec-certified system and, depending on the order and agreement with the company, serves as a contact person for all matters related to the incident.
