Employee Card | Hourly wage percents by position

There is a new function for calculating percents by position of people with Hourly Wage code based on their actual time in journal rows and wage items in relation to monthly items. In order to activate this cal-culation, the “Hourly wage percents by position calculation (pro rata)” field in the payroll master data must be filled in with one of the values below:

•Calendar days

•30 days/calendar day

•no reduction

•30 days/30 days

These values define how recruitment during the month is taken into account like in the “Recruitment/resignation calculation” field in wage types. 

The actual time of journal rows and wage items are added up during wage accounting and compared with monthly items. The level of employment calculated this way is written to the Personnel card and into the history.

It should be noted that all entries made to the “Percents by position” field manually and the associated TimeMachine are overwritten with every wage accounting.
