Back payment in the years following the resignation | Wrong AHV pension allowance

The pension allowance was not taken into account correctly in the event of back payments to people who have benefited from a pension allowance during their employment. A new pension allowance was generated for payments settled in the second year after resignation from the company. This bug has been fixed.
