Exporting Budget to Excel | no export for selected columns

Certain columns must be displayed in the budget matrix so that, for example, the amounts can be en-tered. For budget calculation we need monthly amounts. In the export to Excel, however, only the annual amount can be displayed. The options are as follows:

•If the “Display” field in the column layout is set to “Always”, the column and the value are displayed in the matrix and exported to Excel.

•If the “Display” field in the column layout is set to “Never”, the column and the value are displayed in the matrix. However, the column is not exported to Excel.

•If the “Display” field in the column layout is set to “When negative”, the value of the column is not dis-played in the matrix if the value is positive. The empty column is exported to Excel.

•If the “Display” field in the column layout is set to “When positive”, the value of the column is not dis-played in the matrix if the value is negative. The empty column is exported to Excel.
