If you make more than one payslip for an employee per month, the system requires a special salary type, e.g. Already deducted IT. Tax deduction calculated at the time of the first payslip will be then cancelled again. The Income tax base will be newly recalculated and the correct percentage will be drawn. This is shown on the second payslip.
