For example, the employee must repay the granted personnel loan paid out by the company IN CASH or via payment file on a monthly basis (according to a concluded personnel loan agreement). Personnel loan receipt is reported in the report journal and personnel loan deduction is stored in wage items.

 

Example:

You have paid employee X a personnel loan of CHF 5'000 (CASH). Every month, the employee now pays back an amount of CHF 500. You enter the ‘Personnel loan receipt in CASH’ WT in the report journal with the amount of CHF 5'000. Then, you report the ‘Personnel loan deduction’ WT in wage items provided with an amount of CHF 500 and enter a ‘Valid from/Valid until’ (the employee must pay the loan back by this time). The Personnel loan that has to be repaid is now automatically deducted every month.
