If the ELM version is set to Swissdec v5 in the Swissdec settings, the three fields are displayed on the Employee card and can be configured by the user.

The fields are also checked on the wage statement and, if filled in, added to the comments.

According to the guidelines for the salary statement, comments are required in section 15 of the salary certificate in various cases. For participations without taxable income, the following four options are now available under the salary statement tab on the Employee card:

❑Blocked Options (return obligation)

❑Sale restriction of more than 10 years

❑Options that cannot be valued at the time of issue

❑Unlisted or restricted employee options
