Recurrence with the same employer

If an employee suffers a relapse, the insurance company that was already the primary insurer for the original case must cover the costs. Select the type of accident: relapse BU or relapse NBU. If it is not known whether it is BU or NBU, select relapse BU.

If the original accident has already been reported via KLE, the original case can be selected in the Relapse Case field. If the original case has not yet been reported via KLE, the original claim number can be entered via Process - Edit Claim Number.
