SWS KLE Edit authorization role

The person responsible for payroll must have the SWS KLE Edit role. See ‘Authorization roles’ and ‘Users’. The SWS-KLE Read authorization role can be used to restrict access so that a user can view KLE data but cannot enter or mutate it.

 

Activating the four KLE tiles

In order for the KLE tiles to be displayed and messages to be transmitted to the respective insurance company, the “Incident Declaration Method” must be set to “Electronic” in the benefit contract. The benefit contract must be recorded using the ELM profile.

 

UID-BFS-No.

The company identification number must be entered in the Payroll Setup in the General tab.

 

Create KLE number series

Open the Number Series using the search and enter a new number series. for ex. KLE000000

The KLE number series must be stored in the Payroll Setup via Swissdec Setup - KLE Setup.

Contact person: The company contact must be stored with an email address and a contact person (usually the payroll manager).

This person will receive the password, which will be sent by registered mail.

SUA contract domain: Enter the insurance domain through which you want to apply for the certificate.

SUA contract code: Enter the code of the contract with which you wish to apply for the certificate.
