Import public holidays

The work calendar includes the ‘Import holidays’ function. For each work group, you can select the canton (new field) in which the data from the holiday calendar (ICS/VCS files) is to be imported. If you do not make a preselection, the holidays will be transferred to all work groups (regardless of the canton). By entering the canton for the work group, you can automatically import public holidays by canton in the future. On the import report, you can also select the day type and the number of hours per public holiday.

Procedure

You can find Import public holiday in the work calendar-> Calendar.

Select the country/canton you want to import. Select ‘Import data into your calendar’ and the desired format (ICS or VCS). You will now be offered a full version (subject to a fee) or a demo mode (only includes data from January 1 to April 30). Save the file. You can now retrieve and import the desired file in the report.
