Age structure

The age structure statistic provides you with a detailed overview of the average age of your company. You can evaluate the age structure as a summary, per function, and/or per employee.

The age structure evaluation has been expanded to include the FTE = Full Time Equivalent. This technical term comes from HRM and is a comparative value of how many full-time positions (full-time -> 100% employment rate) exist per age group in the company.

The FTE is displayed below the number of people.

The age structure report uses the values from the payroll list (SwS Payroll Head). Historical values are taken into account to make the statistics more meaningful.
