This code can be freely chosen and assigned by the user.

Description

Text field for insurance name.

Insurer No./Compensation Office No.

The official compensation office number according to swissdec or an input field for other insurances is entered here. You can find this number in the insurance profile that you received from the insurer or at Homepage | Swissdec under the ‘Offices able to receive salary data’ PDF directory.

Customer No.

Input field for customer number or payroll number under which you are registered. You can find this number on all correspondence and/or statements.

Contract No.

Additional contract number, which can be found on the payroll document. If this number is not available, it can be obtained from the competent insurance com-pany.

Address

Enter the address of the relevant insurance company.

The relations tables refer to the SwissSalary Contact table. This means that we are not dependent on Microsoft and can easily create additional contact fields.

ELM

PIV (automatic) or EIV (homepage) can be selected.

PIV (process-integrated method): This method involves direct transmission of payroll data using web service technologies (WSDL, UDDI) and is a long-term goal.

EIV (export/import method): This method involves payroll reporting data export from a payroll accounting system and file upload of this data to a receiver (server).

ELM Answer

Allocated Salary or journal are specified based on the transmission from the BVG via ELM.

Accounting Code

This field is only required in the BVG. For example, a company has an insurance contract, though with several branches. Now the insurance company wants exact information about the branch, which can be transferred via accounting code.

Valid from

This date is required for the implementation of Swissdec 5.0.

Automatic ELM Completion Release

In order to be able to add persons who have not been settled via SwissSalary, especially in the area of the UVG annual salary report, the salary report can now be marked as incomplete on the contract. This makes the approval process accessible in the insurance portal and persons can be added there.

Automatic ELM approval is not activated by default in the Insurance contract table. If automatic ELM approval is not activated, the notification is transmitted as incomplete in order to trigger the approval process on the part of the insurance company.
