Absence Statistics

The absence statistics show the absences incurred per employee over a selectable period in hours and/or days (vacation, illness, accident, military service, etc.).

The values for hours and/or days are then multiplied by the wage rate (hourly wage rate) or by the internal allocation rate (wage rate for cost accounting). This allows the financial impact of absences to be assessed for each employee.
