1.If incorrect -> Display of incorrectly set up fields and termination of synchronization

 

 

Import of employee changes from rexx

1.Imports all changes as SmartPort changes

2.Processes all SmartPort changes:

I.A SmartPort change is accepted, if the employee:

a)...falls under the “Reason for resignation filter” and

b)...falls under the “Allocation Group filter” and

c)...has not yet resigned.

II.If one of the conditions above is not met -> the SmartPort change is rejected

 

 

Export of employee changes from SwissSalary

1.Collects employee changes for employees who...

I....fall under the “Reason for resignation filter” and

II....fall under the “Allocation Group” and

III....have not yet resigned and

IV....have the date from “Last synchronization date/time” greater than or equal to this date

2.Exports the tables and fields below:

I.Employee

a)Employee No. (“No”)

b)Company email (“EmailBusiness”)

c)Work phone number (“PhoneBusiness”)

d)Work mobile phone number (“MobileBusiness”)

e)Years of service (“YearsEmployed”)

f)Company email or if company email is empty, private email as “User name”

II.Each employee’s assignments of statistics:

a)Statistics as an XML element”

b)Group (“Value”)

c)Comment (“Comment”)

3.Sends the collected employee changes to rexx
