General section
•Automatic synchronization
If this field is activated, a job queue entry is created to periodically synchronize the data between rexx and SwissSalary in the background.
•Source code
The code required to designate employee data imported by rexx. Any 10-character text can be entered here (recommendation: “REXX”).
•Allocation Group filter
Set filters, if necessary: This means that the employees assigned to the relevant payroll area are only synchronized.
•Resignation Reason filter
Set filters, if necessary: This means that the employees with an appropriate reason for resignation indicated are only synchronized.
•Authorization
Information for logging into the rexx web service is stored here (Bearer Token -> provided by rexx).
•Last synchronization date/time
The date of last synchronization
Import section
•Download URL
URL for downloading employee changes to SwissSalary during synchronization (data from rexx’s data ownership).

•Upload URL
