Step 8: Automatic execution  

1.On the “Basic Settings” page, you can set the Boolean field “Enable Schedule” to Yes and specify the frequency of automatic execution in the “Scheduled Time” field. This creates a task queue message.

2.This setting displays two new fields: “Task queue company” shows the client name for which the task queue item was created, and the “Task queue user” field shows which user created it. Task queue items are cross-client, but you can only edit task queue items that have already been created in the client where they were originally created. This client is shown in the “Task queue company” field.

3.On the “Setup of entities” page, you can activate the Boolean field “Automatic synchronization” for each entity. This means that changes to the entity are automatically synchronized with the connected system after the change has been made.

Important: We recommend not activating the Boolean field “Automatic synchronization” for the entities Gen. Journal Lines and Cost journal Lines, as this can lead to errors.
