Employees

The endorser is shown here work-related data of their employees (e.g., address, business phone number, workplace, etc.). This data is taken from the respective employee’s personnel card.

 

The user has the option of personalizing the display of this ‘list’. By clicking one of the titles, the rows can be sorted in ascending or descending order using the dropdown menu. The columns can be shown, hidden and grouped as desired.

If the attendance list is enabled in the Admin settings, the logged-in user is always shown the current attendance status of their employees through a ‘traffic light system’.

 

A user without the endorser role only sees their own information in this widget. If no delegation is enabled.
