‘Employee’ selection
|
A user with an endorsement role has the option of using the dropdown menu to retrieve data records of the employees assigned to them.
For an employee without an endorsement role, only their own name will be available for selection.

‘Date’ selection
|
By clicking the arrows, you scroll back to a date in the past or in the future. It is also possible to access the desired days via the calendar (calendar symbol).

‘Copy’ function
|
This function can be used to copy data records of entire days.
It is important to note that data records are always copied of the last day on which entries are available. If this function is used on a Monday, for example, data from Friday will be copied. So long as something was recorded on Friday and there are no entries on Saturday and Sunday.

‘Add’ function
|
A new data record can be added by clicking ‘+ Add’.

‘Released for approval’ function
|
Entered data records can be released for approval by clicking on the ‘check box symbol’.
In contrast to the desktop version, no information emails are sent to the affected endorsers. The reason for this is that the entries are released daily via mobile devices and the endorser does not receive an email from their employees every day.
Data record status is colour-coded as in the desktop version:
blue = recorded
green = released for approval
black = approved or already posted

Editing data record
|
When you click the data record, it can be subsequently edited or even deleted. The Admin settings with regard to editing must always be taken into account after approval.
