The ‘General’ section’s ‘System journal’ field is used to define the reporting journal in which automatic absences (public holidays, work-in-advance days, etc.) are to be written. Automatic absences are generated in the working calendar using ‘Write carry forward absence'.
The 'System journal’ must be stored for each payroll area. Of course, the corresponding payroll journal can be stored in several Allocation Groups. It is also possible to set up an individual journal for each Allocation Group. |
