Unification of team balance list with different languages

Task #11291

Balances in the ‘Balance list’ report were displayed according to the language of the respective employee.

This data is now combined for each group line and displayed as a single item in the language of the loggedin employee.

It should be noted that translations in the payroll master data in SwissSalary must be identical to the

translations in the SwS EasyRapport groups (see Task 11415).
