Login impossible after switching to .NetCore

If an employee left one client and joined another one with the same login credentials, the employee could no longer log in to the SwissSalary EasyRapport.  This is because the original login to the EasyRapport database (and thus the date of resignation) was taken into account. This trouble has now been corrected.
