Documents view from the endorsement view

Up until now, attachments could only be opened in the endorsement view if the edit mode was also active for the endorser.

From now on, the endorser can always open attachments, regardless of the settings in the EasyRapport admin dashboard. Clicking the appropriate cell will load the attachment in a new tab (as if from the edit mode). Cells with an attachment now have an attachment character.
