Editing function Outsource / Consolidate

We always had the problem of editing functions no longer working correctly in portions of the application. This is due to other changes or constellations that were not taken into account when they were adjusted.

Whether it was Day, Month/Week grid or mobile view, everything was handled differently or the respective editability check was solved differently.

The editing function has now been unified.
