EasyRapport | Password Change / Reset

The procedure for resetting the user password remains the same even after the update from 04.04.2024. The settings in the EasyRapport admin dashboard must be taken into account here.

It is important to know that the password for SSO cannot be reset via SwissSalary EasyRapport. This can only be done directly in the Microsoft account.

If the EasyRapport login is forced with SSO, the 'Change password' button is no longer displayed in the user settings. Even an admin no longer has the option of setting a password here. This is only possible in BC.
