The withholding tax data is transmitted monthly via ELM. In the canton of Ticino, the data must also be sent separately using the IFonte application.
Access to the IFonte application will not be approved until the employer has submitted a request using the following form: https://www4.ti.ch/dfe/dc/dichiarazione/applicativo-ifonte/
